Your house or condo for rent ad will be available for tenants to search in a matter of minutes (no 24 hr activation period)

Unlike kijiji, Craigslist, or any other free rental listings websites, we save your listings and all photos in our database, so you don't need to delete or re-create your rental listings ad

Once your rental house, apartment or condo is rented out just make your listing 'inactive' and it will be removed from the search (it will automatically become inactive in 90 days from the moment you post it). When your rental property becomes vacant again, just 'activate' it, by checking an activation box, and it's up in the rental listings search for tenants to browse our database of rental properties

As you acquire more rental properties, you will be able to quickly add them to your account. An unlimited amount of listings can be added to your landlord account
